Provider Success Associate (Remote)
About The Position
As a Provider Success Associate, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to providers, building meaningful relationships and helping them get the most out of their partnership with Rula. You’ll manage your own portfolio, using consultative problem-solving, relationship management, and data to understand provider goals, remove barriers, and identify opportunities to grow their practice. You’ll combine relationship management, consultative problem-solving, and data to drive provider engagement, retention, and growth while collaborating across teams to continuously improve the provider experience. It’s a role where you can see the impact of your work firsthand - helping providers build thriving practices, delivering measurable outcomes, and advancing Rula’s mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.
Requirements
- Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields.
- Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial.
- Experience working in a cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success.
- Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and impacting key metrics.
