About The Position

Gainwell is seeking a Provider Solutions Customer Success Lead who will be a key strategy partner translating product knowledge and expertise into client-facing content. You will provide product expertise to internal partners and Medicaid State Agencies with the ability to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders - in order to position Gainwell as strongly as possible in the market. You will be crucial in providing strategic guidance throughout the sales process, driving sales by bridging the gap between Gainwell’s solution and State Medicaid needs via knowledge sharing. You will collect voice of client from client service team, market analyses, user groups and sales process to inform product development. A successful candidate will be highly organized, strategic, creative, and have exceptional problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrations, RFP responses & Presentations – Ability to showcase product capabilities to stakeholders with the value and benefit story.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or technology, with a strong track record of technical proficiency, change management, and team impact.
  • Ability to analyze feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing strategic guidance from both process and product perspectives.
  • Skilled in partnering with sales, marketing, client success, data, and product teams to deliver impactful results and complete projects effectively to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Experience with Medicaid Provider Enrollment, Healthcare IT systems, and aligning client needs with product enhancements.
  • Adept at handling multiple client opportunities, managing deadlines, and prioritizing work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product demonstrations and provide support and thought partnership for opportunity meetings in partnership with the sales and product teams.
  • Partner closely with the sales and product teams to offer strategic guidance in understanding state objectives and challenges to provide expertise through sales presentations and RFPs
  • Lead Product RFP requirements review and content writing for RFPs as well as support oversight of RFP content in entirety
  • Be product team point of contact with Marketing leading collateral and other marketing initiative development.
  • Convey customer requirements to implementation, engineering, account management, and product management/development to secure a seamless customer experience
  • Collect voice of client from client service team, market analyses, user groups and sales process to inform product development
  • Lead monthly user groups with key state stakeholders and internal leadership to drive achievement of Gainwell goals
  • Partner with internal market leaders to thoroughly understand and socialize competitive landscape and market position of solution portfolio, along with federal (CMS) and state mandates
  • Bring forward learnings for growth opportunities to develop new enhancements and solutions for Gainwell Provider Services systems
