About The Position

This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships with key community partners and healthcare facilities to drive organizational growth. The Provider Relationship Manager will collaborate with hospital leaders and service line executives to design and execute growth plans, expand patient pipelines, and increase service utilization. They will also meet regularly with external partners to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions, including clinical education and specialized practice support. Additionally, this role involves monitoring pipeline goals, analyzing feedback, and resolving operational challenges to ensure partner satisfaction and continuous growth.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
