About The Position

The Provider Relations Representative serves as a strategic relationship leader responsible for strengthening physician engagement, improving referral connectivity, and supporting network integrity across Medical Partners. This highly visible role functions as a primary ambassador between Medical Partners physicians, specialists, and health system leadership. Through proactive outreach, provider visits, and communication initiatives, this position ensures physicians remain informed, connected, and aligned with the organization’s clinical services, growth initiatives, and operational priorities. Approximately 70% of this role will be dedicated to field engagement, including in-person visits with physicians and clinics. The remaining 30% will focus on planning, communication initiatives, provider onboarding coordination, event coordination, and reporting activities. This role plays a critical part in strengthening referral relationships, identifying opportunities to improve internal referral pathways, and ensuring physicians have the resources and support necessary to provide seamless patient care within the Medical Partners network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in physician relations, marketing, sales, provider outreach, referral services, or healthcare operations
