Provider Relations Representative - Other Admin- Part-Time
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Director, the Provider Relations Representative functions as a liaison among the contracted physician/specialist offices and St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare. This position provides on-going communication, in-service, orientation, and direction to these contracted provider offices. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- 1 year Experience working with physicians in a managed care/IPA, Medical group, health plan or MSO environment with Provider Relations or Customer Service experience.
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
- Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management.
- 2 years Managed care Provider Relations experience.
