Provider Relations Manager

Cadence Solutions
•$165,000 - $180,000•Remote

About The Position

Cadence is hiring a Provider Relationship Manager to own provider-facing relationships for its clinical programs. The role serves as the primary point of contact for physician practices and clinic staff, helping Cadence integrate into provider workflows and deliver measurable impact for patients and health systems. It is field-first and requires national travel two to three nights per week for onsite meetings, adoption efforts, and representation of Cadence with clinical and administrative audiences. Travel includes frequent roundtrip flights and local driving between clinic sites in an assigned market region, with limited exceptions during major holiday weeks. Candidates must live within commuting range of a major airport and have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel. The position is fully remote, with regular travel to provider sites. The role owns practice-level deployment from launch through steady state, builds relationships across health system partners, monitors adoption and engagement data, and identifies opportunities to expand Cadence's services. It also collaborates with Partnerships, Product, and Care Delivery teams to create scalable processes and incorporate provider feedback into platform and service improvements. Compensation typically ranges from $165,000 to $180,000 in on-target earnings, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. Total compensation includes base salary, variable incentive compensation, and equity; actual compensation may vary by location.
