About The Position

The Provider Recruiter is responsible for all activities associated with attracting, selecting, onboarding, and retaining providers for Saint Francis Healthcare and Saint Francis Medical Partners. The Provider Recruiter sources, screens, and facilitates the interview process for provider candidates, and works closely with Saint Francis leadership and providers to assist in the selection and onboarding processes. The Provider Recruiter is analytical and strategic in driving the provider recruitment process, and uses strong organization and communication skills and detail orientation to ensure an exceptional experience for Saint Francis leaders, providers, colleagues, and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of five years experience in provider recruitment, direct sales/marketing, or communications required
  • Must have a valid Missouri driver's license, auto insurance, good driving record and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred
  • Clinical work experience preferred
  • Experience in hospital setting or healthcare sales preferred
