About The Position

We are looking for a driven Provider Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team and lead full-cycle recruitment for our rapidly expanding urgent care organization. Our organization operates more than 160 urgent care centers across Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, and Michigan, with continued growth through new clinic openings and acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact by recruiting top physician and APP talent that supports exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 3 years of provider recruiting experience, including recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and/or Physician Assistants.
  • Proven success managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience required.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Residence: South Carolina
  • Preferred Candidates who reside in South Carolina or Atlanta to support occasional travel to clinics, recruiting events, and in-person candidate meetings.
  • Candidates must be available to work Eastern Time business hours, with flexibility as needed to accommodate provider schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant positions across multiple states.
  • Partner with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive provider candidates using a variety of recruiting channels.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified providers for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Create and maintain compelling job postings and accurate job descriptions.
  • Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards, including networking, referrals, social media, and professional associations.
  • Train hiring managers on recruiting best practices and interview techniques.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
