The Provider Publication/Communication Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and managing provider-facing publications and communications that support Medicaid program operations, provider education, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role serves as the primary liaison for provider communications, ensuring all published materials are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with client and organizational requirements. Serve as the lead resource for provider publications and communication strategies supporting Medicaid and healthcare programs. Collaborate with client teams, provider relations staff, operations leaders, compliance teams, and external stakeholders. Manage multiple publication cycles, communication initiatives, and high-visibility deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Drive provider awareness and engagement through effective communication, education, and outreach efforts.
