About The Position

We are seeking an Intermediate Provider Practice Analyst to support performance improvement initiatives within risk-bearing healthcare organizations. This role blends data analysis, client consulting, and project coordination, partnering closely with provider practice leaders and senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in: Health plan, MSO, or risk-bearing organization environment
• 2+ years of managed care experience (preferred)
• Strong experience supporting RBO improvement initiatives
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of: Risk-bearing organization functions (UM, finance, customer service, etc.)
• Working knowledge of: Revenue cycle processes and performance drivers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Credentialing, Case Management, Network Management
• Proficiency with Excel Pivot Tables and Access

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with provider practice teams and leadership to guide RBO (Risk-Bearing Organization) performance improvement efforts, including: Root cause analysis, Data interpretation and dependency mapping, Goal setting and KPI tracking, Project planning and reporting
• Analyze operational and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports
• Prepare client-facing presentations and deliverables for leadership meetings
• Serve as an analyst, facilitator, consultant, or project manager across various initiatives
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams to ensure alignment on performance initiatives
• Support regional and national-level analysis projects
