About The Position

The Program Manager will be supporting and leading high‑impact, enterprise‑level programs that improve provider quality performance and patient outcomes through data‑driven strategies, digital health solutions, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role partners closely with executive leadership, quality, analytics, IT, and provider‑facing teams to design, scale, and operationalize initiatives that advance value‑based care, optimize performance metrics, and deliver measurable ROI. Note - Qualified candidates residing in California highly preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
  • Provider performance and analytics driven program management and reporting highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with data integrations or EHR-enabled performance reporting hghly preferred.
  • Qualified candidates residing in California highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and to ensure regulatory compliance through enhanced operations.
  • Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.
  • Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives.
  • Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations.
