About The Position

The Payer Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, as well as supporting credentialing and maintenance of provider data. This role ensures timely enrollment to prevent reimbursement delays and supports a smooth onboarding process for new and existing providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of provider enrollment, credentialing, medical staff services, or healthcare administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Supporting credentialing and maintenance of provider data
• Ensuring timely enrollment to prevent reimbursement delays
• Supporting a smooth onboarding process for new and existing providers
