About The Position

As we continue to serve our current markets and expand into new territories to best serve our participants, our Provider Partnership team leads the charge by building meaningful relationships with our provider network partners, while ensuring excellent clinical care to those we serve.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in provider network development and/or provider network management capacity, account management, or provider relations experience in a managed care organization
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute additional years of experience in lieu of education
  • Demonstrated aptitude of going above and beyond in providing service to our network partners
  • Previous field-based experience with the willingness to travel onsite to assigned region on a regular basis to build trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain effective channels of communication with our high-quality network of aligned providers through ownership of implementation and provider relations functions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our high-quality network of aligned providers through office visits, virtual visits (e.g., Teams), telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service
  • Proactively and collaboratively assess how to further serve our partners and measure provider satisfaction
  • Guide partners from initial provider training/onboarding of plan policies, procedures, and available technology (e.g., Provider Portal), through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization
