About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Partnership Development Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Our Retail team is at the forefront of helping us fulfill our mission. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop initial proposals and statements of work for various programs and client tiers.
  • Conduct pre-sale and performance analyses, leveraging data insights (e.g., Nielsen IQ, Looker), to inform client strategies and drive incremental revenue.
  • Create and maintain essential client-facing materials, including presentation decks and final campaign recap documents.
  • Provide support for the client contracting and quoting process, utilizing platforms like Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Manage lead generation activities, including proactive outreach on dormant accounts and developing standardized email communication templates.
  • Maintain the integrity of the CRM by accurately organizing and documenting critical client information, call notes, and activity.
  • Assist the Account Management team with billing, collections, and other administrative tasks that support client retention.
  • Field and transition inbound inquiries, serving as a subject matter expert for client team outreach efforts.
  • Research and monitor the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate logistical support for client events and other special projects.
