About The Position

As a Partnership Content Associate, you will coordinate the ideation, capture, production, and distribution of content developed alongside Hard Rock Digital’s media partners. Your work will support key objectives across brand and audience development, user acquisition, SEO, and social media engagement. You’ll bring a blend of marketing expertise and hands-on creative/video production skills to ensure all content meaningfully contributes to partnership success. You’ll also help guide partners on best-in-class content development and distribution strategies. Reporting into the User Acquisition team, you’ll operate horizontally across the organization, collaborating with Media Partnerships, Marketing Engagement, Brand Media, and Growth.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with the native capabilities of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency with a range of content management, editing, and production tools.
  • A self-starter who collaborates well and is comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to partners and internal teams.
  • A track record of performing well under pressure in fast-moving environments.
  • 3–5 years of experience at a creative agency, media company, or in-house marketing team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sports and/or sports betting/gaming preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working directly with media talent is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and repurpose partner-branded content for broader distribution and specific marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the ideation, development, and production of new video content alongside partners and talent.
  • Independently produce engaging video using owned and partner assets (talent, IP, NIL, events, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency, tone, and quality across a range of platforms and content formats.
  • Support additional creative and content initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in creative meetings with internal and external teams to align on strategy, goals, timelines, and workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication between creative teams and key stakeholders.
  • Use digital asset management systems to organize, deliver, and archive content.
