About The Position

Mamaya Health is a women's mental health company focused on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. They partner with healthcare systems and practices to provide therapy, clinical care coordination, coaching, and peer support. The company is experiencing rapid growth, driven by its provider network, which currently includes over 1,500 providers and an outreach pipeline of over 800 organizations. Mamaya aims to be the primary resource providers turn to when a patient is struggling. This role is crucial for Mamaya's growth, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers. The Provider Outreach Consultant will educate OB/GYNs, midwives, pediatricians, L&D nurses, and practice staff about Mamaya's services and referral processes. The position emphasizes a relationship-driven approach rather than cold-calling sales. It begins as a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for full-time employment including a base salary and commission structure for those who meet targets.
