The Provider Liaison Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing strong relationships with existing provider partners, working closely with the Provider Account Managers to identify new business opportunities among existing customers, and serving as a point of contact for customer service-related inquiries. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams and support the Provider Account Managers to improve the full customer experience and grow revenue. This is an in-person position that can be based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, or Charlotte, NC.
