About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will review, enter, and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and provider maintenance updates. You will play an important part in helping providers navigate enrollment-related questions and ensuring information is processed accurately and within established turnaround times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with NH Medicaid

Nice To Haves

  • Some post-secondary education or coursework preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a business, office, or administrative environment preferred.
  • Provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or provider enrollment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate and use new software programs and systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional helpful communication style.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills when working with co-workers, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and provider updates in the system.
  • Accurately enter and maintain provider information in the database.
  • Review and verify required documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements.
  • Use strong organization and attention to detail to meet established turnaround times, deadlines, and accuracy expectations.
  • Communicate with providers by email and phone to request information, provide updates, and assist with inquiries.
  • Help providers resolve enrollment-related issues and questions in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
  • Support additional tasks, projects as assigned.
  • Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
