About The Position
Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Central Operations department and seeks a Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Specialist. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation. This is a planned role. Start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope.
Requirements
- Experience with Medicaid enrollment
- Experience with managed-care credentialing
- Experience with ownership disclosures
- Experience with document tracking
- Experience with payer follow-up
- Provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume
- Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery
Responsibilities
- Prepare provider and practitioner enrollment packets
- Maintain license and NPI records
- Track payer credentialing
- Follow up on submissions
- Monitor renewals and effective dates
- Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams
- Maintain confidentiality
- Respect participant choice
- Communicate service gaps promptly
- Follow role-specific policies and professional scope
- Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement
