About The Position
This is a 06+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential, located onsite in Tampa, Florida. The Provider Data Management Analyst 1 enrolls providers and practitioners in a provider data management system, maintains provider information, and reviews requests to make updates. The role also performs data quality checks for claims processing and provider directory information, collaborates on reports, and prioritizes daily assignments according to urgency.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of related experience in data management or a similar role.
- Additional experience with data management systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider data processes.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system.
- Update provider and practitioner information with claims payment and directory details.
- Research and review provider requests and make necessary system updates.
- Perform quality service checks on data, including claims processing and provider directory information.
- Collaborate with team members on larger reports.
- Prioritize daily assignments based on urgency.
