The Provider Contracting Lead Analyst will be responsible for leading ancillary provider and health system contract negotiations with oversight from management and senior teammates. This role involves performing detailed financial modeling and analysis related to provider contracts to meet or exceed planned timing and performance expectations. The analyst will efficiently leverage complex internal systems and processes to support provider contract administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for strengthening provider relationships and contributing as a valued member of the external-facing relationship management team. The position requires establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships within an assigned market, cultivating connections with both current and prospective providers. The goal is to build and maintain relationships that nurture provider partnerships to support the local market strategy, understand the interrelationships and competitive landscape of providers in the geographic area, and grasp the dynamics of provider networks. The role also supports strategic positioning for provider contracting, assists in the development of Commercial networks, and helps identify opportunities for greater value-orientation. Collaboration with various internal and external individuals, including Manager, Provider Service, Provider Data Management, Fee Schedule Management, Regional Director, Legal, Network Analytics, Compliance, and Sales, is crucial for accomplishing goals.
