The Manager is responsible for conducting market benchmarking, performing compensation reviews, modeling compensation scenarios, and supporting leadership with data driven recommendations. The position serves as a key resource to operational and clinical leaders, offering guidance on compensation plan design, interpretation, and implementation. The Manager develops, updates, and maintains compensation policies, procedures, and governance standards to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment across the organization. Additionally, this role oversees annual compensation processes and creates communication tools, education, and materials to help leaders and providers understand compensation methodologies and program updates.
