About The Position

The Financial Provider Compensation Analyst I is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the administration and development of provider compensation practices for INTEGRIS Health. The position works directly under the manager of provider compensation to develop compensation strategies/models and measure the effectiveness of provider compensation plans to ensure that the INTEGRIS overall provider strategy is supported. The position will ensure provider compensation is processed on a timely basis and that the day-to-day questions about provider compensation are resolved in a timely manner. The Provider Compensation Analyst will partner with Finance, Practice Operations, and other departments, and act as a liaison between the organization and INTEGRIS provider groups.
