Future physicians are able to develop strong interpersonal skills in patient care by coordinating care, interviewing, scribing, and assisting in office procedures. The job will entail “rooming” patients (interviewing, taking vital signs, collecting samples such as urine specimens), and running CLIA waived tests. In addition, ACHS will be undergoing a transition of EHRs in the fall of 2026 and a key duty will be to find and transfer historical data and orders from the previous EHR to the new one.
