Provider Acquisition Specialist

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or an SDR role in a quota-carrying, performance-based environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert datasets into digestible insights and actionable decisions.
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision.
- Comfortable working with tech software such as Outreach.io, Hubspot, and GSuite.
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling to providers (doctors, nurses, therapists, specialists) or recruiting providers is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network for insurance clients.
- Manage the recruitment process through emails, phone appointments, follow-up calls, and text messages.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team to ensure successful onboarding.
- Continuously strive to optimize recruitment processes.
