About The Position

Manage prototype build schedules, daily activities of direct reports, and prototype programs to ensure all prototypes are delivered correctly and on time. This role is responsible for processes for all prototypes, documentation, prototype tooling, data, communicating with product engineers, manufacturing engineers, and coordinating with shipment. The position involves utilizing innovative techniques for design and improving processes, participating in 5S and kaizen teams, improving changeover techniques, first part approvals, and work holding designs while reducing required operations.
