About The Position

Rockwell Automation is hiring a full-time manufacturing Prototype Assembler Level 3 in the LCS lower level department. This first-shift role works Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The assembler uses documented work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing execution systems to perform assembly and wiring on moderately difficult assignments at a variety of workstations. The role requires working independently, potentially using expertise in one department or knowledge across multiple functions, exercising judgment to propose solutions, and supporting development and training initiatives. Overtime is an essential function and typically requires eight hours per week, though actual overtime hours may vary.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this opening.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand written instructions and schematics.
Ability to use a computer to view, log, or find job-related information.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a team environment.
Ability to safely use manual tools, power tools, and machinery.
