You support the success, safety and compliance of a protein processing and training program by preparing workspaces, guiding program participants and maintaining high food safety standards. You contribute directly to operational efficiency while helping participants build skills that support long-term employability and self-sustainment. What success looks like in the first 6–12 months includes maintaining a well-organized and compliant protein processing room, confidently training and supervising participant groups, partnering effectively with inspectors and internal teams and ensuring activities run safely, smoothly and on schedule.
