About The Position

This individual will be responsible for learning all of the jobs in the Protein Conversion Plant to be able to take other employees places when they are off. When not taking people’s places, this individual will be doing other assigned jobs throughout the plant including but not limited to painting, cleaning, etc.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of all Protein Conversion jobs preferred.
• Must be able or willing to learn to drive a tractor and trailer.
• Must be able or willing to learn to drive bobcat/skid loader.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Able to lift in excess of 75 pounds.
• Able to work in extreme conditions.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent work, safety and attendance record.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all Protein Conversion jobs.

Responsibilities

• Learn all jobs in the Protein Conversion Plant to fill in for absent employees.
• Perform assigned jobs throughout the plant, including painting and cleaning, when not filling in for other employees.
• Drive a tractor and trailer (must be able or willing to learn).
• Operate a bobcat/skid loader (must be able or willing to learn).
