About The Position

This role is responsible for continuously monitoring all aspects of the 260 cooking process to ensure a quality product. The position involves observing and enforcing all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. The individual will maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes effective and cooperative work with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams. This role also includes recognizing and acting on incidents and safety risks, consistently practicing and enforcing safe work habits, and driving those habits throughout the organization. The employee must not leave the premises until the job is complete and must follow all company policies and procedures. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring feed rate, temperature, cooker level, discharge rate, presses, and Centrifuge boiler and Scrubber alarms. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ability to continuously monitor cooking process parameters.

  • Ability to monitor specific equipment and alarms (feed rate, temperature, cooker level, discharge rate, presses, Centrifuge boiler, Scrubber).

  • Monitor feed rate, temperature, cooker level, discharge rate, presses, and Centrifuge boiler and Scrubber alarms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
