Requirements

• Experience in a protection advisory role (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of protection products and the current market.
• Strong ethical standards and a genuine desire to do the right thing for clients.
• Great communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

• CeMAP or equivalent protection-related qualifications are desirable

Responsibilities

• Processing of client Protection Only cases as per MAB operating procedures
• Service client contact opportunities identified such as Out of Clawback, 35 Day Exception,Decline, Protection Only.
• Provide regular updates on tasks completed, written business for the week & banked business
• Report KPIs on a weekly basis to line manager
• Maintain, collate, and produce MI to drive future direction of the role
• Achieve and exceed set business targets
• Prioritise workload and deliver on service level agreements
• Deliver high level customer service experience whilst seeking referrals and reviews on social media channels including Google and Feefo
• Uphold overall integrity of the brand
