Under the supervision of the OEM National Account Manager, the OEM Specialist is responsible for maximizing the performance and development of OEM branded products to assigned dealers. They support their clients in various ways to optimize their performances and maintain excellent business relationships. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working in an automotive dealership environment.
Resourcefulness, results oriented and a strong team player
Good interpersonal skills and outstanding client service
Deep understanding of OEM products distributed by iA Dealer services, manufacturers, and competition
Knowledge of the functioning of a dealership
Available to travel in other provinces on an occasional basis
Valid driver license

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by promoting OEM products and services to existing and prospective dealership partners.
Serve as the primary contact for new account implementation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Plan and conduct regular dealership visits to review performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
Deliver training and coaching on OEM products, claims processes, and internal systems.
Maintain accurate activity and visit reporting in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues.
Collaborate closely with sales teams and monitor market and competitor activities.
Support special OEM programs, business development initiatives, and industry events as required.
