About The Position

Mojo is an award-winning FinTech company, part of the RVU family, that is rebuilding the protection journey. They treat protection as a core mission, not a mortgage bolt-on. This role offers a high earning potential with a baseline of £55k-£60k and the possibility of £100,000+ for top performers. They provide a commission guarantee for new advisors to ensure elite earnings from the start. The role involves a £35,000 basic salary with an uncapped commission structure. Advisors will benefit from 100% warm internal transfers from mortgage experts, minimizing outbound calls and administrative tasks through AI and automation. Protection is a priority, viewed as a fundamental right for homeowners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an advised Protection role.
  • CeMAP, CertPro, or R05 (or a willingness to achieve this in your first 3 months).
  • You are a high-achiever who is bored with “average.” you want the best leads and the best tech so you can earn the best commission in the industry.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to handle complex medical cases with empathy and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth protection reviews (Life, CIC, Income Protection) for customers at the most critical moment of their lives.
  • Deliver elite, advised recommendations from a large, competitive panel of providers.
  • Maintain our 4.8/5 Trustpilot reputation by putting the customer’s best interests first, every time.
  • Work a 39-hour week on a flexible shift pattern (No Saturdays!) designed for performance, not burnout.
