About The Position
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a network of dental treatment centers providing dental implant care across the United States. Centers are owned and operated by licensed dental experts and provide comprehensive dental implant treatment in all-in-one facilities equipped with modern technology, including 3D CAT scan technology and an on-site lab. The centers share a clinical affiliation that supports national collaboration among doctors on procedures, protocols, clinical experience, and research, and enables patients to receive follow-up care at any ClearChoice facility in the United States. The Prosthodontist performs prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services according to practice standards, builds rapport with patients and staff, and contributes to the success and profitability of the center. The role requires a patient-centered approach to treatment planning and daily center operations.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD professional degree.
- Certificate in Prosthodontics from an American Dental Association-accredited program.
Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services to the standards set by the practice.
- Build good rapport with patients and staff and promote the success of the center.
- Take a leadership role in the center, with an emphasis on driving center profitability.
- Apply a patient-centered mindset to treatment planning and day-to-day center operations.
