This role is based in a quaint clinic in Madison, WI, which has been in operation for over 60 years and is one of Hanger Clinic's newest locations. The position involves working alongside CPOs, a Clinical Technician, and office support staff to ensure successful patient care for patients of all ages. The role requires travel to surrounding hospitals and SNFs within a 90-mile radius. On-call rotations are on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, with business hour on-call duties absorbed by clinicians. The clinic has onsite fabrication capabilities with a skilled technician utilizing the latest technology. The company offers opportunities to leverage professional clinical expertise, established clinical practice guidelines, innovative technologies, specialized training, continuing education, and back-office support across its nationwide network of clinics. The role involves assessing patients, formulating and implementing treatment plans, following up with patients, and participating in practice management. Patients are the focus, and care is provided or supervised with the support of a large collaborative clinical community. The role combines clinical and technical skills to evaluate patients, custom design, fabricate, and fit prostheses and/or orthoses, collaborating with the rehabilitation team and utilizing the latest technology.
