About The Position

Hope's Boutique, located within The James Cancer Hospital and the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center, provides specialized garments, head coverings, styling services, and retail products to cancer patients. The Prosthesis Services Lead will direct the operations of this specialized boutique, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving business growth. This role is integral to the patient support services offered by the Breast Center and James Cancer Hospital.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrate competence in technical, interpersonal and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of institutional and departmental policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
• 6 or more years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directing the processes and making decisions to guide the operations of a specialized boutique.
• Leading and closely overseeing daily activities and operations, such as purchasing, inventory management, and personnel resourcing.
• Ensuring consistent strength in customer service, including leading and developing several frontline staff.
• Partnering with the Manager to determine strategies to drive topline revenue growth and enhance profitability of Hope’s Boutique.
