The Prospect Outreach Specialist, known internally as the Investor Engagement Specialist, serves as BAM Capital's first point of contact for prospective investors. This role is fundamentally service-oriented: the primary objective is to create a high-quality, personalized experience for every prospect who enters our pipeline — ensuring they feel heard, prepared, and well-served before their first conversation with our capital raising team. This position requires equal parts relationship skills, operational discipline, and CRM ownership. The Investor Engagement Specialist is responsible for prompt outreach to prospects, gathering meaningful discovery information, maintaining data integrity across our HubSpot CRM, and proactively identifying re-engagement opportunities across the full prospect database. This is not a sales role — it is a relationship and operations role, and success is defined by the quality of meetings scheduled with our capital markets team on behalf of prospective investors.
