About The Position

The role of Prospect Management Analyst is an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career professional who wants to be a part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This position will partner with the Medical Advancement team to identify and assign top prospects, manage the Grateful Patient review process, prepare for bi-annual strategy sessions, contribute to data integrity initiatives, and gather and analyze data for quarterly strategy consultations. This position is a part of the Prospect Management team and works with Prospect Management Consultants and a Senior Associate Director to assist with portfolio management for various teams within Medical Advancement. This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible role on campus with an optional hybrid work schedule. The Prospect Management Analyst will report to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Relevant Experience (2 Years)
  • A driver's license is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the Medical Advancement gift officer queues and processes, including: Continuously review and build out qualification queues for gift officers.
  • Prioritize queues based on different data points to identify top prospects in queues.
  • Collaborate with Prospect Research to identify current donors that are Leadership or Major gift prospects.
  • Liaise with Medical Advancement, Prospect Research, and Data Analytics to: Manage the Pre-Opportunity review and assignment process.
  • Identify recent Grateful Patients for assignment.
  • Analyze and curate data for strategy sessions and consultations, at the direction of the Senior Associate Director
  • Collaborate with Annual Giving PMC to manage the assignment of Med Annual Giving prospects.
  • Provide critical support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
