About The Position

Prospect Airport Services is a leader in aviation support with decades of experience and operations at over 30 major airports. We provide essential services like baggage handling, wheelchair assistance, and aircraft cleaning. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, have integrity, and empathy to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assigning agents to flights or other airport locations, maintaining the control room environment, managing time clocks, inventory records, and the distribution and maintenance of Avtech devices.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assigning Agents to flights or other locations in the airport.
• Maintaining the control room environment.
• Managing timeclock, inventory records, distribution, and maintenance of Avtech devices.
• Ensuring team members are assigned activities for safe on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distributing Avtech devices to team members for passenger tracking and research.
• Performing daily inventory of devices and ensuring all devices are accounted for, reporting discrepancies.
• Troubleshooting malfunctioning devices and reporting out-of-service devices.
• Ensuring all devices are adequately charged.
• Ensuring time clocks are operable and escalating related issues.
• Providing right of access to the Control Room.
• Performing other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities.
• Completing work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately reporting safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
