About The Position

The PropX Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative support for the Midland, TX office.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform all general office duties.
  • Maintain PropX office supply inventory.
  • Sort and distribute all PropX incoming mail.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating man-camp/other lodging as needed.
  • Gain knowledge of different departments and conduct location visits.
  • Assist with New Hire/Onboarding Processing, as applicable.
  • Assist with payroll processing, as applicable.
  • Assist any management staff when necessary.
  • Support vendor onboarding activities by partnering with Supply Chain.
  • Maintain and manage the shop parts inventory system.
  • Assist with billing data collection and validation.
