Position Introduction and Overview This role is responsible for daily administrative tasks to support 1099 Contracted Clinicians in the delivery of In-Home Health Evaluations nationwide. It involves managing a roster of ~300 clinicians with comfort in extensive, direct outreach, monitoring of schedule submission statuses, and coordinating travel requests. Key activities include managing incoming and outgoing communications to advising on schedule changes, and coordinating information and changes in a proprietary application. The right individual will form relationships with each individual on their roster, and support their successful day to day work planning.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Highly organized with discipline to track and prioritize work
  • Experience with google sheets or excel, comfort in learning new applications
  • Excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year experience working with clinicians or a 1099 contractor workforce
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful execution of work against a roster of ~300 1099 contacted clinicians in a direct and high-touch manner with bi-directional communication
  • Daily Administration & Capacity Management for a roster of “owned” 1099 contractors to entail review and outreach 1:1 to clinicians who have not submitted available work schedules yet, updating clinician preferred counties, and average evaluation time preferences
  • Daily review all clinicians for Travel Requests in the Capacity App, review travel notes in profiles, and creation of Travel Requests for each clinician.
  • Monitoring clinicians whose preferred schedule areas do not have sufficient work, and conducting direct outreach (phone/email) for new counties or schedule types
  • Communicate any changes to the Capacity Manager and repeat the process if capacity is lost.
  • Review, coach, and disposition cancellations using the Tracker.
  • Monitor emails, calls, and texts from clinicians regarding scheduling.
  • Answer clinician technical questions and share job aids/video demos to coach clinicians on MySignify usage.
  • Triage clinician requests regarding pay and address inquiries about drive times, member cancels, and why a clinician is not on the schedule.
  • Conduct ad hoc outreach for deadline compliance, training reminders, DPS testing, product pilot collaboration, and collaborating physicians.
  • Place clinicians availability in partnership with stakeholders on the team
