About The Position

The Propulsion Prototype & Launch Leader (PLL) supports the engineering team in advanced project or serial phases. This role manages the supply of Propulsion System Prototypes and Pre-serial components, ensuring adherence to timing, cost, quality, and configuration commitments validated by the PRS execution team. The PLL is also responsible for supporting BOM creation/updates, pre-serial parts procurement, scheduling of parts changes, and the transfer of procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of direct experience
• Capable of analyzing & synthesizing data
• Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously, highly organized
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong communication skills working with cross functional teams and management

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years' experience in propulsion/powertrain systems
• Proficiency in working with web base systems

Responsibilities
