Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning a technical product in power electronics, motor drives, avionics, or vehicle propulsion.

  • Comfortable engaging with OEMs in the aerospace, defense, or advanced vehicle sectors.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain necessary U.S. Government authorizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with eVTOL/UAS, hybrid-electric, or maritime electric programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the propulsion backlog, including Taurus variants, voltage/power SKUs, firmware feature flags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, FOC firmware teams, and customers to translate technical specifications (e.g., '400 V, regen, eight-week MOTS') into a sequenced work plan.
  • Write clear and actionable requirements for hardware and firmware development, prioritizing features that align with SWaP and schedule constraints.
  • Partner with the sales team on product positioning, spec sheets, and determining which customer requests become standard catalog offerings.
