Sandis is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Proposal Writer to join our Marketing team remotely, our ideal candidate will reside in the SF Bay Area. In this role, you will assist in creating proposal content and implementing Sandis branding for various public and private clients. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the AEC industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with business development processes
• Ability to read and interpret RFP/RFQs
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with project management databases like Deltek and Ajera
• Experience working with CRM software, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, web analytics, and content management tools
• Understanding of SEO and SEM campaigns
• Availability for occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client bid documents for both public and private projects.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Manage promotional materials and maintain up-to-date databases.
• Help coordinate and deliver presentations for clients.
• Keep project experience records current and organize relevant data.
• Track online marketing activities and create promotional materials.
• Assist in marketing efforts for new departments or services.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
• Reach out to potential and existing clients about bids and related opportunities.
