The Proposal Specialist will work closely with the Sales & Marketing, Innovation & Growth Operations, and Sales Operations teams to support the new business development efforts of global sales teams across all Wilson service offerings. The bid function acts as a strategic consultancy and business partner, delivering best-in-class bid management expertise to drive value across the sales lifecycle. Projects managed by the team include Sales Support/Strategy, Request for Proposals (RFx), Presentations, Talent Solution Proposals, Case Studies, Collateral/Content Development, and Market Research.
