About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Proposal Manager to join the team! This position develops proposals, product descriptions, bids, quotations, and responds to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Daily responsibilities focus on answering questionnaires using an RFP content repository, formatting/editing documentation, and working with team members to find answers to unknown questions. Our audience is large self-funded employers and governmental entities that place their health insurance and other benefits out for bid. Requirements

  • Background in preparing business and technical correspondence, and formatting technical documents, reports and proposals required.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) capability at a highly developed level. Especially proficient in Microsoft Office Word, with formatting technical documents, generating a table of contents, and organizing and publishing an entire document.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong written, oral, telephonic, and video conferencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple individual priorities in order to meet strict deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Qvidian is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Overall project management of the proposal
  • Create and communicate timelines.
  • Coordination of pricing, stop loss, network, care management, population engagement content both internal and external focused on an integrated health plan delivery model.
  • Communicate the sales strategy of the proposal to team members.
  • Verify sales strategy is present and consistent throughout the proposal.
  • Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command.
  • Include database information to respond to questions.
  • Reach out to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain information to answer proposal questions.
  • Complete proposals by due date and provide to salesperson for submission.
  • Request needed analyses and references.
  • Conduct meetings such as a kick-off call, strategy, status meetings, etc. when warranted and provide recaps after the meeting.
  • Log proposal requests using Salesforce.
  • Proofread and edit documents for style, consistency, grammar, and syntax, and if necessary, re-write to clarify and simplify text.
  • Request draft reviews from the salesperson and the strategic editor
