Alpha Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Proposal Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers a key leadership opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the full proposal process to produce high-quality, creative, on-time, and compliant proposals for architecture, engineering, and consulting opportunities across federal, transportation, SLED, and corporate/commercial markets. This includes leading and managing proposal teams, collaborating with senior managers on resource allocation, developing proposal plans and schedules, coordinating workflow, creating compliance matrices, and conducting 'Color Team' reviews. The role also involves ensuring final proposals meet all solicitation requirements, preparing qualification statements and technical submissions, collecting and preparing general information for staff resumes and project descriptions, and providing writing, editing, and production support for various marketing materials. Additionally, the Proposal Manager will assist in preparing interview presentation materials, attend client and pre-bid meetings, support market development activities, assist with firm pre-qualifications and registrations, monitor agency sites for opportunities, and actively participate in professional associations. Collaboration with project managers, client management teams, and senior marketing team members is expected, along with supporting QA/QC procedures for all marketing materials. Occasional printing, binding, and production support may also be required.
