Reporting to the Director, Proposals Solutions in the Sales Operations group, the position focuses on supporting multiple business units within a Shared Service environment. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Proposal Solutions team by planning, developing and producing all proposal deliverables required by the solicitation. You should also be able to provide a hands-on approach to the entire proposal development processes, including but not limited to identification of team member roles and responsibilities, development of outlines and delegation of assignments, monitoring and driving timelines, ensuring compliance, and all other aspects of producing a winning proposal. The candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to program manage the proposal effort, to ensure that proposals reflect the best technical, management, and price offerings that Curtiss-Wright can make to get to a winning position on RFQs and RFPs.
