Note: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates residing anywhere in the U.S. While not required, candidates located within driving distance of one of our nationwide offices are preferred. Overview : The Proposal Manager is responsible for guiding a project team in creating persuasive sales proposals that highlight company advantages. Further, the Proposal Manager will ensure that RFP responses are crafted to customer questions, and will coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure each document is both accurate and compelling. The following responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Coordinate sales proposals Analyze customer request for proposals (RFP) to understand requirements Identify opportunities and challenges in order to craft winning responses Coordinate team responsibilities, schedule meetings, and set timelines Organize content into a well-formatted, cohesive document Develop a variety of sales documents (e.g., letters, project justifications, etc.) Review competitor materials to regularly enhance sales deliverables Other duties as assigned by Management Positive attitude with willingness to learn and collaborate
