About The Position

As a Proposal Management Analyst, you will serve as a core frontline contributor articulating how Medallia’s platform solves complex customer challenges and drives business outcomes. Working alongside the Solutions Engineering team, you will craft compelling RFP responses, optimize our central proposal repository, and help build prospect-specific content to fuel our sales ecosystem's growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be flexible to travel to regional training courses and events
1-3 years professional experience or internships preferred in prospecting, business development, direct sales, IT consulting
Software as a Service technology background and/or knowledge of cloud based business applications
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Innate curiosity to fully learn and explain the products and services offered the Medallia Experience Cloud
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple activities and deadlines
Excellent organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

Manage deliverables, communications, and timelines for assigned sections of proposals, tenders, and questionnaires.
Partner with Solutions Engineers to answer functional questions and build out tailored, prospect-specific content.
Maintain and continuously update the RFP content repository with net-new responses and materials.
Drive proposal best practices across teams while maintaining deep subject-matter expertise in designated product, vertical, or horizontal domains.
Participate in annual Hack Day and team innovation initiatives.
